Roper St. Francis is the leading provider of breast cancer services in the Lowcountry, with outcomes favorable to both state and national five-year survival data. Our Breast Care Centers at Roper Hospital, Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital and Mount Pleasant Hospital provide the convenience of comprehensive diagnostic services, including digital mammography, breast ultrasound and stereotactic breast biopsy, in a comfortable setting. State-of-the-art breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) also is offered at Roper Hospital. With six mammography locations throughout the area, same-day screening and prompt follow-up is available.
